1. Wash hands, surface and sterilize all feeding equipment before preparing
  2. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled tap or bottled water for mixing
  3. Refer to the mixing guide instructions on the can to check how much powder and water is needed. Pour the correct amount of previously boiled (now cooled) water into the sterilized bottle
  4. Use only the enclosed scoop, fill scoop and level off using the built-in leveler on the can. Avoid compacting powder
  5. Check temperature of the formula on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Feed your baby immediately. Discard any formula that has not been consumed within 1 hour
